ONESEC Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can submit an RMA to our customer centre and we will contact you within 10 days of receiving your order.
Refund Procedure:
Complete the following steps to receive your refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.
Please note that returns that have been shipped to us without undergoing proper RMA protocols will be automatically discarded.
Once we conclude that your returned merchandise is in acceptable condition, we will refund the merchandise amount through your original payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 30 days of contacting customer service.
To ensure that the merchandise will not be damaged in transit, please ensure that all items are repackaged securely into its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
After you have returned the shipment, the merchandise must be unworn with original packaging.
Returns must be addressed to our specified location. Our customer service staff will specify a delivery address during the RMA process.
When your return has been received and processed. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment.The refund may take 30 business days to post depending on the card issuing bank

Charges for lost or damaged returned goods:
If your order has not been shipped, please complete and submit a cancellation form to our customer service centre and our staff will process your cancellation request as soon as possible. Once we have processed the cancellation, we will send you an email informing you of the status of your cancellation. You can use the "Order Inquiry" feature to status of your cancellation.
If the product is received without the original box, packaging materials, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (e.g., the product is not re-sellable), an additional fee will be charged.
Order Cancellation:

Exchange:
In the event of an exchange inquiry, the order must be submitted in its entirety. We are unable to process partial exchange services for an order. For details, please contact our customer service support staff.
Defects:
We encourage you to inspect your merchandise upon receipt. If you have received a defective item, Please contact customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt (including national holidays) for a return or exchange. We will pick up the original product within 10 working days from the original place of receipt or another place agreed upon with customer service.
